James Sizemore Murray is an experienced Operations Leader with a demonstrated history in the brewing, distilling and organic juice beverage industries.

Founder & CEO
James Sizemore Murray
James started his career in the craft brewing industry in 2005 with Home Brew Mart, Inc. (d.b.a Ballast Point Brewing). During his tenure with Ballast Point Brewing and Spirits, he managed the operations team as Vice President of Brewing & Distilling. James aided the Ballast Point team in growing from 10,000 bbls/year at a single site to over 400,000 bbls/year across multiple sites, including a distillery.
In 2016 James transitioned to Constellation Brands, Inc. as Vice President of Brewing Operations for the Craft & Specialty Division. In that role, he managed a team of 78 employees, including Directors, Managers, Brewers and Cellar Technicians across 9 sites located in 7 different cities. He held that role in CBI for 3.5 years, before deciding to use the skills he gained in a high growth atmosphere to assist other great companies in executing on their vision.
He has a lovely wife and 2 amazing daughters. When he is not working with awesome companies or walking through hop and barley fields, you can find him hiking and fishing with his family. Cheers!
